The shares of P.A. NOVA S.A. were admitted to exchange operations on
27 August, 2007.

The Issuer's shares of series A, B, C and D have equal rights to dividend.
The share dividend for years 2004- 2009 wasn't paid. The Issuer is planning to allocate part of the profits for paying the dividend in the next few years. The decision will depend on the Issuer's capital needs.
